Over Fifty Free Printable Popular Love Quotes in Classic Typewriter Style

After my son and daughter-in-law got married I was asked to host a small reception at our house since the wedding took place in another state.  My new daughter-in-law loves to read and they both shared a love for  Taylor Swift, Psych, The Office, among other things. 

I was working at a boutique store and we sold 5x7 framed quotes by famous writers.  They were simply written with just a type writer font and I thought that I could easily replicate something similar..  

I decided that this would be a cheap and easy way to make some personalized decorations with quotes by famous people that the bride and groom liked.   I printed the quotes on a parchment colored paper and framed them in a 5x7 frame. Then I just tucked the quote in with the decorations as you can see above.

So here are some quotes that you can frame or use for whatever event that you might need it for.  

Right click with you mouse and save them into your photos, or just copy and paste them into your printing program.  Then print them out on parchment paper for an antique look.

Jingled Nerves Poem - Sung to the tune of Jingle Bells - Free Christmas Handout

Who doesn't love the fun song "Jingle Bells, and who's nerves aren't frazzled every Christmas?  

Here is the perfect poem to give out with some yummy fudge.

  Whether you make the fudge yourself or buy it at the store, one thing is for sure!  Everyone will love your cute Christmas poem!

When I handed mine out I put my fudge in a 

cute box that I bought on Amazon.  I wrapped the fudge with plastic wrap to help keep it fresh.

I used this smaller version of the poem and 

folded it in half with the 

"Jingled Nerves" showing at the top.

I placed it on top of the box, wrapped the box with twine, and then added a jingle bell which I bought at the dollar store.  

I also attached a matching tag. Just cut out the tag and use a paper hole punch at the top.  

Everyone loved the gift!  I made them for a ladies' luncheon and everyone was thrilled with their gift.  It was so much fun to put together.

For years I have loved making coconut sugar body scrub, and yes, I use it on my face!  This year I have decided to add some of my lemons from my backyard, and I have to say, "It is amazing!"  I like to think that my skin is getting natural vitamin C.

Recipe at the bottom.

To make this recipe I juiced two lemons.

Using a small grater I took the zest off of all of the lemons.  The zest is just the yellow part of the skin of the lemon.

I added the lemon juice and the zest to two cups of coconut oil.  Then I added four cups of sugar.  The ratio of sugar to coconut oil is 2 parts sugar to one part coconut oil, or 2:1.  Knowing this you can increase your batch to whatever size you need incase you are giving it as gifts.  You can also add about a teaspoon of flour to help keep it from separating, but this is optional.

Mix your sugar scrub well and then store it in a airtight container.  The container is the fun part, especially since it's a lemonade scrub.  There are so many options, especially at the dollar stores.  I found some cute mason jars at Walmart that included a cute lid with a straw so that it looks like a lemonade drink.  My friends loved them and they have a useful container for when they are done.
